Insurance Types

Personal liability insurance (PLI)

in rental contract includes:

1) Material damages to third parties ( Required by Greek Law )
2) Physical damages to third parties ( Required by Greek Law )
3) Legal Advice.
In case of an accident due to the renter’s liability, the renter has to pay the entire repair costs of the company’s vehicle.

Partial Collision Damage Waver (CDW)

in rental contract includes:

in case of an accident by responsibility of the tenant, fully covers the damage to the third vehicle , AND the damage to the rental vehicle over:

500€ + VAT for vehicle category B
600€+ VAT for vehicle category C
700€+ VAT for vehicle category D
700€+ VAT for vehicle category Diesel 14
900€+ VAT for vehicle category K
1000€+ VAT for vehicle category Diesel 16

(means that the tenant is liable to pay the first amount according to car category + VAT loss).

Full damage waiver (FCDW)

in rental contract includes:

Theft Protection (TCP)
in case of an accident the Renter is exempted from the full cost of the damage.

After Hours Deliveries - Collections

During 22:00-07:00:
Surcharge 20€ for each collection or delivery.
